I stayed for one night while visiting the London Children's Museum, and we really enjoyed how easy it was to get there from our room. The washroom was excellent, and I appreciated the comfortable bed that helped us rest after a long day of exploring. However, the furniture was a bit old, which made the overall feel of the place less appealing. Navigating to the hotel was a challenge, as the name was hard to spot, but eventually, we found the entrance. Overall, it served its purpose for our quick trip, but I'd hope for some updates next time.

Clean and comfortable room with soft pillows. The mini fridge and microwave were super convenient. Breakfast had a nice variety with scrambled eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. However, the parking situation was confusing and not ideal. Finding the hotel was tricky due to poor signage. I felt a bit uncomfortable when staff watched closely as I left the hotel. Overall, nice stay, but a few tweaks could make it better.

The Sandman Hotel & Suites London Downtown provided a comfortable stay with well-appointed rooms featuring soft and firm pillows. The included breakfast was great, offering a nice variety such as scrambled eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. The location is ideal for exploring local attractions.

Only one working elevator!!! Needs better stair access from the first level for those who don't use elevators!!! Leaking bathroom sink should be fixed!!! Poor noise insulation from surrounding rooms is bothersome!!! Update the dated furniture!!!

Comfortable room with easy access

I stayed for a night and loved that the King suite was comfy and had a separate bedroom—no door tho! The restaurant across the street was super convenient for meals. The only real bummer was the parking fees, which added up quick. Breakfast was decent, not fancy but good enough.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room as a couple. The bed was super comfy, and the washroom was excellent, which helped us unwind after our shows. The desk and chair were also great for planning our day. But honestly, the noise from other guests was a bit annoying at times. Plus, finding the hotel was tricky since the signage wasn’t very visible. Still, it got the job done for our stay.

Family stay, pleasantly surprised

Staff was really helpful, fixing our room issue immediately. The breakfast was great, a real surprise with a good variety, we left feeling satisfied.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

The room was a nice size with great bathroom amenities and TV stations. The location was perfect for our needs.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is close to Earl Nichols Arena and Boler Mountain Ski Resort for some awesome skiing and snowboarding. The staff was always helpful, and we loved the decent breakfast options available. The location made it easy to explore shops and restaurants nearby too.

We had a tricky experience during check-in, as our room was not ready at first. It would have been nice to have linens available right away instead of waiting.
